1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gloob ("the Service"), operated by CreatorHangar ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

gloob is a web-based tool for creating animated GIFs and videos from text and photos. The Service provides text effects, photo templates, and export functionality.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service
Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to photos and text you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: GIFs and videos you create using the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, code, effects, and templates, is owned by CreatorHangar and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Free tier users receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days notice.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

8. Content Removal

Uploaded content is stored temporarily for processing and automatically deleted. We do not permanently store your photos or generated content unless you explicitly save it to your account. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorHangar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
