CreatorHangar ("we", "us", "our") operates gloob (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide the Service — Process your photos and text to generate GIFs
Account management — Manage your account, credits, and subscription
Security — Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, detect fraud
Improvement — Understand usage patterns to improve the Service
Communication — Send account-related emails (password reset, billing)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Uploaded content: Photos and text you upload are stored temporarily in server memory for processing. They are automatically deleted within 2 hours. We do not retain copies of your uploads.

Generated content: GIFs you create may be stored temporarily for download. They are automatically cleaned up after 24 hours unless saved to your account.

Account data: Stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest.

Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.

Deletion — Request deletion of your account and data

Objection — Object to certain processing of your data

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
